This is a 3 Bed / 1 bath unit on the upper level of a four plex located right across the road from many beautiful homes on Lake Poinsett. It will be available the beginning of August. Our current renter has purchased a home and will be moving on. All of the photos will show that the unit is still being lived in. One of the smaller bedrooms is not shown in the pictures as it is currently being used for a storage area. Since the outdoor photos were taken, we had to remove the tree next to the deck and the entire building has new siding. We will update photos as soon as we get them. Estelline, Volga, Arlington, and Lake Norden are also not that far away if you are looking for employment opportunities. Owner would also prefer renter to sign a yearly lease. Owner will pay for all utilities and will also be responsible for snow removal and lawn care. Tenant would be responsible for any cable or internet they would need.
