Lake Poinsett is very well known for the wonderful fishing and boating it offers and some of the glorious sunsets that occur over the lake. This home is less than a 1/2 a mile from one of the many boat ramps on the lake. The Lake is centrally located between Brookings, Watertown, Arlington, Estelline, and Lake Norden. There is a small yard on the backside of the duplex for children or pets to run and stretch their legs. This unit also comes with some furnishings, but we can remove whatever the tenant would like to replace with their own. Owner would expect tenant to sign a yearly lease. Utilities are included in the rent. Internet / cable / and phone are not. Owner will be responsible for lawn care and snow removal. Pets are welcome with an additional pet deposit and monthly pet rent.
