Permitted Pets Tenants are permitted to keep domesticated cats and dogs on the Premises, subject to the conditions below. Pit bulls (American Pit Bull Terriers), Staffordshire Terriers, or any mixed breed with similar characteristics are strictly prohibited. 2. Vaccination and Health Requirements All pets must have current vaccinations and immunizations as required by local law. Tenants must provide proof of vaccination and license (if applicable) prior to the pet's occupancy and upon renewal of such records. 3. Pet Fee A non-refundable, one-time pet fee of $300 per pet is due prior to the pet being brought onto the Premises. This fee does not cover damages caused by the pet. 4.
