This is essentially a land sale. I lived in the house for 7 years with the intent of razing it and building a place of my own but, as often happens, life intervenes. The lot is larger than normal at 7,880 sf and is located in a very special part of Observatory Park on a cup-de-sac and a half a block from McWilliams Park. As a bonus (or I think it is anyway) this is the lot that has the huge blue lighted tree....see the photo. I'm very happy to pay a 2.8% co-op fee to our friends in the real estate business. Revision 12/10/18 - I thought I would post some photos of the various houses I had designed for this lot.
