Brookside is a quiet building located off of University with easy access to Interstate. This is the only 2 bedroom we have available with a balcony. Sign a 14-month lease and the first two full months are free. Resident is responsible for electricity, heat (on electric bill) and cable/internet. Owner pays all other utilities. Lease options are 6, 9, 12 or 14-month leases. There is no price increase to sign a 6 or 9-month lease. With a 14-month lease, the first two full months are free. The building is cat friendly up to two with a refundable cat deposit of $225, we do not charge pet rent.
