There is separate multipurpose room beside the bathroom that can be used as a desk or vanity for getting ready for your day. Front loading washer & dryer are available for guests to use. Private covered sitting area with a porch swing out front. The back yard is fenced in & is shared with the other side of the house. In addition to chairs and a table, feel free to use the full size propane or charcoal grill. The house is clean & well maintained. It is located in a good historic neighborhood in south Clintonville. It is very centrally located and close to all that Columbus has to offer. All utilities & WIFI are included with your rent. $2400 month. (Each unit has similar layout & furnishings.
