Right in the heart of the Milk District! Available to rent is a mother-in-law studio attached to a beautiful 1920's home. The mother-in-law has a rustic tiny-home vibe to it, but the space is anything but tiny. I built a loft for the bed above the living room area, and every square inch of the place is used for clever storage. This residency has parking in front of the house (you can fit two cars if you squeeze them in), a small private back yard, and a washer/dryer on the front porch that is shared with the tenants in the main unit. The house has a gas stove, and a gas tankless water heater, so you'll never run out of hot water. The bed goes in the loft, seen in the photos. It fits a queen sized mattress, and is extra wide to allow for a landing before getting in to bed. I think the photos of the house speak for itself - it's an awesome place. I've included photos of the house both furnished (from the previous tenant) and also empty. All utilities (including internet) are included in the rent. Tenant is expected to perform basic lawn care with the included mower.
