Lots of E. Parkway frontage with the lot sloping up to John Green Rd. There were 2 single wide trailers there at one time, but Health Dept can not find the septic permit. They did however find 9 permits, so may have one, but not sure. Also could not find the well head, but with 2 mobiles having been there, there must have been a water source? Possibility of having this rezoned for a small commercial area as you are on the E. Parkway aka 321 and having a home on the top. good price. show anytime.
