Le Tournesol Townhomes is a small, quiet property perfect for students, recent graduates, and young professionals looking for a safe and peaceful place to rent. Each townhouse is two stories and features a sunroom, fully equipped kitchen, 1.5-2 bathrooms, spacious living areas, a wood-burning stove and plentiful in-unit storage space. The complex is shaded by trees and bordered by a small garden on the southernmost side. We are leasing for September 2025 - August 2026. Our normal 3 bedrooms are $3295 (or $3330 for a 3 bedroom with a backyard and $3450 for renovated units). Our 2 bedrooms are $2435. Security deposits are the same price as the rental amount! We pay for water, sewage and garbage; residents are only responsible for PG&E and wifi costs. We also provide and pay for weekly pest control and landscaping of common areas. Prior to signing a lease, you will be asked to submit an application, which will allow us to run a standard credit and background check. Pets are allowed with a $500 pet deposit in addition to the standard security deposit. Renters are not assigned parking spots and every renter is automatically entitled to a parking pass, free of charge. We have a 3D interactive virtual tour available upon request and we are offering limited in-person tours of our model (masks required and no symptoms exhibited).
