Hi there! We are renting our sunny, renovated Sloan's Lake/Highlands home beginning 4/1/2025 and ending on 3/31/2026. This a well-cared for house that comes fully furnished as pictured. If you have some furniture of your own you'd like to use, we're happy to put some of ours in storage. The house is within walking/biking distance from Sloan's Lake (4 blocks), Highlands Square, Tennyson, and downtown Denver and is all around a fantastic location. There is also a bus stop right across the street to easily commute downtown. The house has a detached 2-car garage, fenced-in backyard with a deck + dining area, firepit and is fully landscaped in the front and backyard. The house also includes a partially finished basement including a gym area with a Peloton and plenty of storage. A custom gas fireplace was installed in the living room in 2024 and two office setups are situated upstairs, perfect for remote work. We welcome small dogs (35 lbs and under, $250 one-time non-refundable pet deposit), but please note this is a non-smoking house. Owner pays for water, sanitation, and gardener as the season permits. All other utilities are covered by the tenant. Security deposit is equal to first month's rent and due at lease signing. The duration of the lease would be for 12 months with no option to renew as we will be moving back in April 2026. Average electric + gas bill for last 12 months: $125/mo
