We have GREAT neighbors. Mostly all full time friendly and long time neighbors. Summer weekends are spent enjoying time around the yards, and having a beer with lots of neighbors out for a walk and just passing time to say hi. Close enough to the lumberyard to get anything you need for repairs, but far enough away from any noise. Great commuter area because we're close to the highway, and even with bad weather it's easy to get down the hill.
