Beautiful and spacious 4/2 with huge, private back yard oasis. The 40' inground pool takes up only a portion of the space. House is in excellent shape with good paint inside and out, new carpet in 3 bedrooms and laminate flooring throughout the rest of the house. Very close to town, just outside the city limits and very private and quiet makes this a really great home. Quiet. Peaceful. Convenient. Built-in shelving in all bedroom closets. One end has the entry steps, with two underwater benches on the other end. The pool has an LED light with many colors and multi-color programs. The pump, the lights, the deck jets and the pool cleaner are all automated with a timer and controlled with a remote control. The house is electric with the exception of the gas stove and fireplace insert, which is removable. There is no HOA. The neighbors are very good about keeping their houses up, lawns mowed etc. The neighborhood is excellent. I currently live in the house and am able to show it on short notice.
