Quiet neighborhood with a community pool, tennis, pickleball & basketball court. There is a lot of nice areas to walk or bike without traffic as well. I also have a fenced in backyard. It's only my 8 year old dog Lucy & me and she is very friendly & well behaved. I work full-time M-F and am tidy, laid-back and quiet. Male or female roommate is okay.
