Three of the bedrooms have single beds and the smallest, currently a tiny guest room, could be reconfigured as home office or meditation space if desired. The primary bedroom has a queen bed, two large closets, a vaulted ceiling, and a small office with built-in bookshelves off the sleeping area. The house has four exposures and gets great light. In addition to ample street parking, the apartment includes space for 1 car in a shared driveway. Tenants also share the backyard, which is newly landscaped as of this spring. The apartment is around the corner from Reiche and Waynflete schools, within easy walking distance of markets, excellent restaurants, and downtown Portland. Available August 1, 2026-July 31, 2027.
