Entry is through a sliding glass door off a lovely private deck where you can sit and watch deer (and occasionally turkeys) lounge in the scrub oaks on most days. The kitchen has a countertop convection oven, large Ninja air fryer, full size refrigerator, built in microwave, induction stove top and an infrared grill on the deck - everything needed for the single chef. Access to the washer and dryer is via an adjoining shared hallway. Thus, this is officially a roommate arrangement, but the living quarters are otherwise completely separate and private. (the doors accessing the shared hallway are key locked on your side). Rent includes all utilities and wifi. Month to month, 3 month minimum, one month's notice.
