A two story apartment that is a few minutes walk to the city common. The apartment is in a quiet residential neighborhood. It is a short distance from Dartmouth Hitchcock Memorial Hospital and Dartmouth College. We do one year leases but are willing to go longer. Owner pays for water, trash removal, and snow removal. We negotiate a lower gas price with the gas company to help out tenants. No smoking. Pets are not preferred but this is negotiable.
