Owner pays for water, trash removal, snowplowing and lawn mowing. Tenant pays for utilities. Each apartment has their own furnace and hot water heater. We negotiate a reduced gas rate with a gas company. If the tenant stays current with their payments to the gas company then they keep the reduced rate. If they fall behind then the rate goes to the current market rates. No smoking. Pets not preferred but negotiable. Coin-op laundry on site. Quiet residential neighborhood, short drive to DHMC or Dartmouth College. We have our tenants sign a one year lease but longer terms can be worked out.
