Howdy! (Please call or text if you'd like a showing, or at least put 30 seconds of effort into your contact email, almost like you're a grown up or something. We won't respond if you just send a silly generic info request.) Hi and Thanks for looking. We've got a two bedroom, one bath, 950 or so sq ft unit for rent at Downing and 27th. Just finished an $80,000 remodel. We are NOT CORPORATE, and we won't dog you with late fees and bs if you're having a bad month. If you communicate. But you knew that. If you aren't a d bag, neither am I to the nice folks paying the mortgage. Just saying. I'm the guy you'll be in touch with for anything, and you're welcome to say hi to the other awesome people at this property to ask if Isuck. This used to be the old Cut Rate Liquors way back in the day. It's old school Five Points. It's a two floor layout with a huge sliding walnut and beetle kill barn door that closes off the loft. The beer helps me think. I thought this one up and the other half let me do it. We built it by hand. The bedrooms are stacked. PLEASE NOTE: This isn't the most roommate friendly unit because there is no door for the upstairs bedroom (think loft), the big sliding door closes but doesn't have anything like a private soundproof seal, and you have to go through the upstairs bedroom to access the roof deck. The outside of the building is ugly and bland. We focus cash on the insides for obvious reasons. Do a Google street search if you'd like. All hardwoods that we just installed and finished, no carpeting. Remember, when you rent a corporate place, make sure to roll around on the floor in someone else's skin dander, dried boogers and toenail clippings. Neighbors rock. It's a few blocks from RINO and Welton. The area is amazing these days. The arches you see in the pics are exposed brick, back-lit with LED lighting all around. Beer again, took two weeks. Developing pattern? It's got two outside living areas. One is a rooftop deck that's something like 10' x 16' with a great view of downtown, a gas fire pit with seating umbrellas. The roof deck is private to this unit. There is also a gated patio outside your front door with a dog run, raised garden, table chairs and a nice weber gas grill, private to this apartment. Tankless water heater. Very pet friendly (we may, however have to beat up your cat, just a bit, to make sure he doesn't mark). If you have an as*hole animal (you know who you are), please pass this one by. I know, prince*s, lil fido was cute at the pound and now you just cannot understand why everyone else is so grossed out when he poops on the floor, he's just so CUTE! Wait, you have five dogs? Please call me. I can't wait to hear why on earth you thought 750 pounds of dog in an apartment was a good plan. Please go tear up the corporate place. Lots of attic storage over the kitchen, easy to get to. Lots of closet space. Three blocks from one dog park, 4 blocks from another, 2 blocks from the light rail, a ten block walk or nice bike ride from downtown, Coors Field or Lodo...bike or walk to anywhere. Yay for taking the rail line to DIA, even though RTD is worthless and you might have to help dude lift the gates on the way or help push the train. Too bad Boulder got screwed outta theirs. Tree huggers, take your $17,000 bike to the airport. Maybe someday we'll be able to take the thing to the moon. It's a cool, weird old triplex (two other units), built in 1875. The units are divided mostly by brick walls so not a lot of noise transfer, there is no one above or below, just to the sides. This unit used to be residential, then manufacturing, then a hardware store, then a liquor store. It's got central cooling (evaporative=efficient). Heating, cooling, and the included washer/dryer are private to this unit. Utilities are metered and billed separately. All of my units are 110% NON SMOKING of cigarettes. I don't care so much about the pot because it doesn't have the tar that permeates everything. Indoor cigarette smokers are filthy and smell like my a*s. And you have no rights, thankfully. Ha! You belong in a trailer. If you smoke, please, DO NOT call me. You will be looking at a mu*der/su*cide if you smoke cigarettes in one of my places. I'm getting old and don't have much to lose. I'd have healthy street cred in the pen if it got out that I hacked up some little doucheclown because they thought they had rights. Lol, otherwise I super easygoing and I just want you to be happy! Thanks for looking, we really wish you the best of luck in your search. Hope you find a great place! City Park West, San Raphael, downtown, Curtis Park, Rino, garage, downtown You're a decent person and your mom says you'll take good care of the place.
