Fully furnished 2 bedroom, 1 bath. Operated as an airbnb for 4 years with a 4.95 rating and I've used it off and on as my personal residence when I'm in town. It's in an amazing location close to all the fun stuff. I'm non corporate, easy to reach, easy to work with and I want happy people in my world. Here's the thing, I'm getting ready to update the kitchen and bathroom. They're fully functional and all is well, I just scheduled it to be empty for new counter tops and cabinetry n such, and now I've had some stuff come up and I can't get to it for a few weeks or a few months but I'm not in a hurry. I put it up for crazy cheap furnished, so there's a catch right? Sure is. I don't like to worry, so you need to have good credit. I'd consider folks over 720, but over 780 and you go to the top of the list. Please don't contact me if you don't have that. I've been divorced and my ex trashed my credit so no judgment but that's my deal. I'm flexible on dates/times. I can have it ready this evening or whatever works.
