    What's special

    This house has an open floor plan with the Living Room and Kitchen partially separated by a wall with a large opening, and by a breakfast bar. A formal dining room opens off this area. Two bedrooms are on either side of the main living space. We put new carpeting in the living room and new laminate through dining room, dining area, kitchen, hall; we also removed ugly wall paper, painted, put new trim, new appliances. We are getting ready to paint the outside, add a new roof, replace parts of the deck, do some landscaping, remodel the bathrooms. The "make me move" price is what we estimate it will be worth with all that done, and what I would sell it for "as is" right now. We are real estate brokers (Prest Realty), and will probably list the house for this price this summer. Neighborhood Description Country Club Vista is a middle-of-the-road neighborhood. There are nice large homes, smaller homes, manuafactured homes. Most are pretty well maintained, some are not. There is no Home Owners' Association. the subdivision is about 2 1/2 miles off Beeline Hwy (the main road through Payson- state hwy 87). Part of the road there, which passes Payson airport, has recently been re-done, part of it hasn't. The drive offers a beautiful view of Payson (from the hill by the airport), and of the Mogollan rim to the north and the Mazatzal mountains to the south. It is also near National Forest.
