There is no Home Owners' Association. the subdivision is about 2 1/2 miles off Beeline Hwy (the main road through Payson- state hwy 87). Part of the road there, which passes Payson airport, has recently been re-done, part of it hasn't. The drive offers a beautiful view of Payson (from the hill by the airport), and of the Mogollan rim to the north and the Mazatzal mountains to the south. It is also near National Forest.
