Our ranch is a place your family will enjoy visiting. Living here, you can enjoy the outdoors, fish in the lake or take long walks. Our ranch is private. The duplex is new construction; beautiful hickory cabinets, concrete floors, walk in tile showers, wide wrap around sidewalks, front and back porch, and lots of Anderson windows to enjoy the view. The duplex has large closets, food pantry, and linen closet. It has central air and heat, DSL internet, and all new appliances. There is a laundry area for your washer and dryer. Tenants pay for their own electricity, water, and internet. No smoking or pets allowed. There is a two car carport for parking. Please contact Laura and we can arrange a tour. We require first and last month's rent, $250 damage deposit, and $100 non-refundable cleaning fee so when you move out, you don't have to worry about cleaning.
