It's fully stocked with dishes, small appliances, and linens. Decorated in true Texas fashion, it will make you feel right at home! The owner pays for water and trash service. The tenant will pay for electricity. Internet via wifi hotspot device is available for $50/month. Pets only with pre-approval and from property owner. No Smoking Tenant-paid background check with clear report required. A $100 non-refundable cleaning fee will be deducted from the deposit. A $250 refundable damage deposit will be refunded upon property inspection at move-out. A $1000 deposit will be collected to cover last month's rent. Upon 30-day notice of intended move-out, no rent will be due for the final month. the deposit will not be refunded if the tenant moves out without notice or with less than a 30-day notice.
