While located in the scenic wooded area of Parole, it is located about 15-20 minutes from historic downtown Annapolis, as well as in close proximity to DC and Baltimore. There are plenty of stores and restaurants nearby as well. Condo being leased as a year long lease with the ability to renew. This is a pet-free, smoke-free, and drug-free home. Water, sewer and garbage fees are included. Electric and Wi-Fi are the Renter's responsibility. Condo is not furnished. Rent is due on the first of every month with a 15 day flexibility.
