On February 9 the house burned down and was declared a total loss. It was a rental with 2 one bedrooms and one studio in a converted attic. Prior to the fire, the house was in very good condition with a 2 year roof and hart pine flooring throughout. I no longer live in the area full time and I am a motivated seller to someone interested in purchasing the place "as is".
