We are pet friendly, and have two dogs in the upstairs house (if you are sensitive to noise this may be something to think about). Long or short term furnished rental includes all utilities including internet. Pet friendly apartment, dogs require a $400 deposit, cats a $1000 deposit (we had a cat claw our new couch to shreds).
