Stove, refrigerator & heater are included to fulfill your daily needs! Full bath located upstairs with bathtub shower, pedestal sink and tile flooring, half bath downstairs. Bedrooms are spacious and have roll away closet doors. Step out to your personal gated backyard perfect for those San Diego Owner pays for water, but tenant will be charged $25 for water per person. Tenant will be responsible for gas and electricity. Renters insurance is required, we offer our own and it is $12 a month. We also charge $2 for pest control.
