Our gorgeous, spacious two-story townhouses include granite kitchen countertops, wood cabinets, and wood flooring throughout the living room, dining room, hallway, kitchen, and bedrooms with carpet on the staircase. A stove, refrigerator & heater are included to fulfill your daily needs! Bedrooms are spacious and have roll-away closet doors. The bathroom includes a bathtub shower, a pedestal sink, and tile flooring. Step out onto your personal gated backyard perfect for those San Diego days. The tenant is responsible for gas and electricity. The owner pays for the water but we charge $25 per person for water. We require all tenants to have renters insurance either with us which is $15 or with another company. Parking is $30 for the first spot and $40 for the second spot. We also charge $2 for pest control
