We are on the second floor in the Lofts facing the Lotus building. We have a 1-Bedroom, 1-Bath unit with high ceilings and polished concrete floors with carpeted bedroom. Lots of natural light during the day that fills the unit. This is within a 10 minute walk to Harris Teeter, Dunn Loring Metro, Mosaic District, and more! Our current rate is $1920 per month which includes water and trash. Tenant is responsible for paying the required $1920 which covers rent, trash, and sewage. Electricity, cable/wifi will have to be transferred to the new tenants name. However, any inquiries that come between December 3, 2019 - December 5, 2019 will be able to take advantage of a special discount of $170 off from rent.
