The location is also blocks away from Interstate 83, Charles Street, and Saint Paul Street, all major throughways in the city. The house is partially furnished. We have a living room couch, two tables, 10 chairs, a desk, a queen-size bed, a queen-size mattress, a refrigerator, a stove, a dishwasher, and kitchen cutlery. We are only looking to rent this property out from February 2025 to July 2025. Owner pays for water. Renter pays for gas, electric, and internet. No smoking allowed.
