This apartment is in central downtown Bakersfield where it is easy to walk all over the place, just for the fun of it or for meals and experiences. It is on the second floor of a duplex with a single apartment in the backyard. Noise travels downward, so we are looking for a quiet resident that can control TV and music volumes. This apartment is wonderful. Hardwood floors and slate flooring with carpet in the bedrooms. The kitchen is updated with a garbage disposal, dishwasher and beautiful granite countertops. There is a private balcony that overlooks Jastro park and often you can watch the parakeets buzz around. The landscaping is all artificial and beautiful. We have a gardener that blows weekly. If you have a pet, we prefer you do not leave it unattended at all in the backyard and potty business needs to be done across the street at the park. There is a garage currently assigned to this apartment, but there is no garage door opener, so do it manually or use it for storage. We do not include electric, but all else is paid for. WIFI, Water and garbage. Availability is still subject to tenant vacating.
