this is a beautiful "tree house" apartment. Jastro park is across the street and our sycamores are over 100 years old. The apartment is upstairs and has a balcony, 2 bedrooms and one bath. It is restored historic and beautiful in every way, including upgraded amenities. We are still making necessary repairs, like refinishing the bedroom floors. This apartment will be available 10/1/2026. We are walking distance to downtown eateries and shopping and hospitals, but fare enough away to be away from downtown distractions, noise and traffic. Our back is on an alley and we collect trash there. It is a bit of a mess due to homeless activity. Our complex is completely fenced and the gates are locked with codes for allowed parties. owner pays water and wifi. We have a keyless entry in the backyard.
