    What's special

    To All Realtors - We are looking for the popular St. Andrews model built by Pringle. We love the Legacy of Leesburg so that would be the ultimate location. Our wish list includes carpet in the bedrooms with ceiling fans. Laminate flooring in the living room, family room and dining room, Tray ceilings and plantation shutters in the dining room would be a PLUS. Stainless Steel appliances in the kitchen with a pretty backsplash. The home needs to have a new roof within the past year, painted on the exterior in the past year. Northeast exposure so we can enjoy both the front and back lanies. We are very energy conscientious so a radiant roof barrier, foam in the exterior walls is also very important. Pest control in the walls is also on the list. We would like a foyer entrance with a coat closet we still have all our winter coats. We would like a corner lot with no rear neighbors. We also have to have a bigger than the normal size garage. I forgot to tell you we have a RV and I know the Legacy of Leesburg has RV storage on site. They also have miles of nature trails for nice walks, a resort style pool, activities director, bocce, shuffleboard, and plenty of activities. That's why we love the Legacy of Leesburg.
