This is a very popular area to live with I-12 being so close, yet still having that quiet country feel. No pets Allowed (no expectation). No smoking in the home. We Prefer to have a credit rating of about 600, and a verifiable rental history. Once you see the area, you will want to stay there. But please understand what you are seeing is a very restrictive community; do not allow buses, broke down cars, equipment and the like to stay on the property. The place is kept extremely clean. This is a 1 year lease that requires a credit & background check. There is an $1000 security deposit that is due upfront (no partial payments), plus first months rent 1000 or $2,000 to move in.
