This home is located in a mobile home community of 8, all having approximately 1/4 acre. Unfortunately we do not accept sec 8. No pets Allowed. Once you see the area, you will want to stay there. But please understand what you are seeing is a very restrictive and clean community. Very few things are allowed outside such as, we do not allow campers of any style, buses, work trailers, equipment, broken down cars and the like to stay on the property. This is a 1 year lease that requires a credit & background check. There is an 1000 security deposit that is due upfront (no partial payments), plus first months rent 1000 or $2000 to move in. We will prorate to your move in date. You can decide on which day you want your rent due (the 1st or the 15th) and we can prorate depending on which day you pick. Credit score needs to be around 600.
