Due to manufacturer or user error, the elevator may not be in service. Please advise prior to booking if elevator usage is mandatory for your stay. Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in this home. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home, there is a fine of $500 per pet. There is a motion detector in the living room connected to the home's security system. This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in a $300 smoking fee and liability for any fire or property damage costs. Occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced.
