You are mid block on Alta Plaza Park, but south facing on a slope with a view of the city. There are six units in the building with two per floor. This is the middle floor rear unit. Kitchen has new cabinets and marble counter and a portable dishwasher is available for use. A built in dishwasher and some further cabinet and counter improvements can be scheduled. There is one huge closet and a small powder room off the bathroom. Hardwood floors, nice neighbors, free laundry in the basement, and a back door in the 2nd bedroom/office that can be opened to a small sitting deck for fresh air. Parking is easier than one would think along the park, because of the low density and expensive homes with garages.
