Because we're right on the park, we're surrounded by single-family homes with garages - which makes parking relatively doable. There is garage parking three blocks away at the hospital - though in 24 years no one in the building has yet rented a spot. Of note - residents may airbnb their apartment when they travel. Also, as this apartment is easy to rent, and life happens, I don't hold people to a lease if they have a job or life change. Yearly lease, but life happens so a flexible monthly lease if you prefer. Also, it is okay to responsibly sublet via Airbnb/Vrbo/etc if you travel.
