One gated, off street parking space is available.Monthly rental is $1800 with one month's rent as the security deposit. Regrettably, we do not have facilitates to accommodate smoking or animals. We will hold an open house Saturday June 23 and June 30 from 10 until 2 . Hope to meet you then.. The owner will pay for water and trash pick up; tenant pays for electricity.
