This is a small ten unit apartment building on a dead end street. It is 3 blocks from Balboa Park and 3 blocks from Laurel Ave. My son and I are on site Saturday mornings by ten to clean the laundry, pull weeds, sweep etc. This is a good time for a tour. The building is located at the end of a dead end street and adjacent to Olive St. park and next to Maple Canyon open space preserve.
