There is a no-smoking policy in the cabin, and any violation will incur a $500 fine plus cleaning costs. No parties are allowed, and violators will be charged a $200 to $500 fine. Pets are not allowed, and any violation of this policy will incur a $200 fine, as per the Condo Association rules.
