There are two large bedrooms upstairs. One bedroom has a toilet and sink. Large closet space. Second bedroom is smaller but has a closet. Looking for someone who can do a year long lease. My father owns the property but it is also in my name as a renter. Have a renters agreement paperwork to fill out if interested. Would like to get these bedrooms filled before summer or just as summer starts.
