It has a great front yard, HUGE backyard and a relaxing patio with large oak trees. It also sits near the local trails and green belt as well. On the inside, this place has a gorgeous stone fireplace. There is tile flooring throughout the kitchen, dining room and hallway connecting to the bedrooms, and carpet in the living room and bedrooms. There is a massive Master bedroom with a large closet and an attached bathroom along with two additional comfortable bedrooms and an adjacent bathroom across the hallway. There is a separate laundry room that attaches the kitchen and garage. We can sell the washer, dryer and refrigerator to you if you need them as well. ($300 for washer/dryer and $300 for the fridge) The garage is large enough for a car and storage or two smaller vehicles. The landlord is awesome too! You will have to go through his standard rental process, which isn't bad at all. There is a one month deposit of $1450.
