SECTION 3 COMMUNITY, NEIGHBORHOOD & LOCAL AREA Sun City Hilton Head is the Lowcountry's largest gated, age-qualified community, known across the region for the depth of its amenities. Residents enjoy four amenity centers, eight swimming pools (indoor and outdoor), a hot tub, fitness centers, tennis and racquet courts, a clubhouse, and hundreds of clubs and organized activities. Amenity access requires a CAM card (renter activity card) registered through Sun City Hilton Head Resident Services, available for a per-person fee paid directly to the Association.
