This is a large 1/3 acre fenced lot. We are renting our 2017 - 32' Trailer. It is in very good condition. The RV is hooked up to full power, water and septic. There is a second hookup on the property that will not be included in the rental but we can discuss options. The property is only feet to the beach and backs up to a State Park. It is very quiet and serene, the most you will hear is the waves breaking on the beach and birds singing in the background. Deer are abundant. There is a horseshoe pit and fire pit on the property for your enjoyment. We are working on getting some additional interior pictures. Queen bed with privacy doors, two sets of bunk beds, couch also converts to a bed. TV included and Wi-Fi Month to Month rental. There is plenty of parking and you can pull your car right up to the RV. The rental will cover water, electric and septic. Propane will be needed for some things to work in the RV, this would be at the renter's expense. We would ask for first and last months rental along with a $1,000 deposit that will be refundable minus a cleaning deposit of $250. Smoking ok on the property but not inside the RV.
