The East Boston Students and Young Professionals Residence consists of 9 single rooms, 3 full bathrooms, 3 full kitchens, a laundry room, a study room, and an outdoor porch with a sitting area. The Residence is located in Jeffries Point, right in between the Tall Ship on the Waterfront and Maverick MBTA Station. BASE RENT FOR STAYS 4+ MONTHS: 1st Floor - $900 (Full size bed) 1st Floor - $1,000 (Queen size bed) 2nd Floor - $900 (Room with 1 window) 2nd Floor - $1,000 (Room with 2 windows) 2nd Floor - $1,000 (Room with 3 windows) 2nd Floor - $1,100 (Room with 5 windows) 3rd Floor - $1,000 (Room with 2 windows) 3rd Floor - $1,100 (Room with 3 windows) 3rd Floor - $1,150 (Room with 5 windows) UTILITIES FOR STAYS 4+ MONTHS: - Gas & Electricity (Usage-based on your Floor) - Laundry, water, high-speed Internet (Access to these services is not restricted. Therefore, a mandatory fee of $100/month applies) PLEASE NOTE: - For stays shorter than 4 months, the monthly rent price is + $300/month, and Gas/Electricity are + $100/month. - Fully furnished rooms (with beds) are not always available. When a Fully furnished room is available or our only option, the rent price is + $50/month for all lengths of stay. Furniture cannot be removed or replaced. - For stays longer than 6 months, students, recent graduates, part time employees, and digital nomads must have a U.S. based co-signer.
