Applicant(s).needs to provide copy of ID with application. 2. Applicant should have 2 years favorable rent history 3. Applicant should have verifiable monthly income making at least 3 times amount of rent 4. Applicant should have good credit report. Prior evictions or landlord liens are grounds for denial. 5. Applicant(s) should have no habitual criminal violations on record, and Applicants with serious criminal backgrounds will probably be denied. 6. There is a $30 application fee. But there's no application fee if you provide your own valid credit report and criminal background report. 7. There is a no pet policy and no smoking inside policy.
