I have a very beautiful, large 1 bedroom apartment available February 1st. I lived in this apartment myself for about 8 years and loved it. The apartment is located near California and Belmont. Utilities are included, and I give everyone in the building my wifi password, so you are easily saving $150 per month. Plenty of street parking - I almost always find parking on our street, and basically never park more than one block away. There are a couple great restaurants nearby, such as Kuma's Corner, Pisolino's, Taqueria Traspasada, and Cafe Tola within walking distance. There are a couple cool bars such as Reed's, The Beer Temple, and Ludlow's. Within walking, or a short bus ride away from the California and Belmont Blue Line stops, as well as the nightlife, restaurants and shopping in Logan Square. Right next to the Diversey exit for I-90/94 The apartment is a garden apartment, but is only a few feet below ground level, and is high enough that all of the windows in the apartment are full size. I do run a background and credit check, and I ask for a month and a half deposit that does not include the first month's rent.
