I did the math, and this saves you $125 a month on average, so you are basically paying 825 a month, if you think about it! This apartment has -a dishwasher -central AC -common coin-op laundry just outside your door (cheap: $1 wash $0.50 dry) -large kitchen (13'X13'), a bathroom, two more rooms, and a large closet -The backyard has a very nice deck and is perfect for barbecues. The apartment is at the intersection of Logan Square, Avondale, and Roscoe Village. There is a grocery store one block away, as well as a Jewel and Marianos just 3 blocks away. There are a few great restaurants (Kuma's, a great italian place, a great sushi/pan-asian place, etc) and a few cool bars as well (Reed's, Ludlow's, etc). Parking is almost always available within a block of the apartment, and we are right off the California and Belmont bus lines, and less than a mile away from two Blue Line stops (California and Kimball). We are right next to a few exits for I-90/I-94 as well. This is a garden apartment, but because it has full sized windows and high ceilings, it does not *feel* like a garden apartment.
