My wonderful tenant of 3 years has decided to move on and so this place is now available. This basement studio has only a 5 year old kitchenette. It is within a 5 minutes walking distance to R House, the Johns Hopkins Campus, Baltimore Museum of Art, and Wyman Park Dell. And it's a 15 min walk to Hampden and the Stony Run trail as well as to the 32nd St (Waverly) Farmers Market. (Attn: DC Commuters: ride your bike or grab a scooter to head on the Maryland Ave bike trail to Penn Station to board the MARC train to DC or just catch the bus, conveniently!!) Make the carpeted part your cozy reading nook or a perfect place to work from home or to just enjoy a cup of coffee that you picked up on your stroll over to R House just a couple of blocks away! WiFi is included in the rent. You'll have your own electric bill ($50 lately, I believe). The gas and water bills are split with the folks upstairs (as of late, it's been around $150 for your share). So, altogether it'd likely be about $1,100 for your own place with WiFi and utilities. There are no other ridiculous fees i.e. for a cat. I like making my places affordable and reasonable but that also means it won't last for long- so don't delay with seeing it and applying! A one-year lease but not a requirement i.e. open to 6 months followed by month to month. Deposit is one month's rent. If you have a low credit score, than, the deposit is higher. Utilities: WiFi included in rent . You'll have a separate electric bill. You cover 1/3rd of the gas and water bills.
