The Place: 3 bed/2.5 bath 1632 sq. ft. townhome. Open concept living area, kitchen and half bath, big patio with a storage room is on the first floor. 3 bedrooms and 2 baths are on the second floor. The bedroom available is with shared bath for rent for $895. No pets. Bedrooms unfurnished, common spaces furnished. Furniture will be different than in photos. Date available September 1st.
